Hello! – It gives me great pleasure to welcome you to Relax and Heal's website. My name is Brenda Bollard and I am a Certified Healing Touch Practitioner. Relax and Heal is my private practice located in an office setting near Ina and Oracle Roads in beautiful Tucson, Arizona.
I have a great interest in promoting wellness and the practice of self-care. With the hustle and bustle of our busy lives in todays fast pace world, now is a critical time for each of us to take time out for ourselves in order to relax and rejuvenate. My passion is helping you relax so that you can heal.
